We understand that plans can change. That’s why at TOURS BY MIGUEL we offer a clear and flexible cancellation policy:

1. Early Cancellations
• If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.

2. Late Cancellations
• Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the tour: 50% of the total amount will be retained.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or “no-shows”: no refund will be issued.

3. Reservation Changes

You can change the date or modify your reservation up to 48 hours before the service, subject to availability.

4. Cancellations by TOURS BY MIGUEL

If we have to cancel due to bad weather or other causes beyond our control, we will offer:
• Free rescheduling
• Or a full refund

5. Refund Methods
• If you paid with Stripe or PayPal, the refund will be issued through the same means.
• If you paid in cash at your destination, please contact us to arrange a refund.
